In its minimal space, featuring a stunning wine cellar, you’ll find over 400 gems from Greek and international winemakers, available by the glass, for purchase, or for immediate enjoyment at the solid walnut tables, with a small fixed cork fee.
Enjoy your wine paired with exclusive platters of prosciutto and other PDO-aged cuts, sourced through exclusive imports and further matured in-house for up to 48 months. Complement your experience with cheeses from exceptional Greek and international cheesemakers, and homemade chutneys and pickles crafted from wild-foraged seasonal produce.
A small, weekly changing menu, inspired by the available ingredients and the creativity of the chef and his team, completes the Blé Vin experience.

A holistic Bake House, Patisserie, Espresso Micro-Roastery, and Eatery, all housed within 1,000 m² of volcanic red stone. At its heart stands a unique menhir-shaped wood-fired oven, twelve meters high, where slow-fermented breads, sourdough creations, and handmade Macedonian and Cretan pies, including the iconic lychnarakia in seven distinct flavors — are baked daily.
Delicate desserts crafted with Belgian chocolate and fresh fruit, all-natural gelato, and a seasonal kitchen offering buffet-style dishes or grab-and-go snacks complete the gallery of flavors.
