Born and raised in Thessaloniki, Executive Chef Kostas Boviatsis brings over two decades of culinary experience to MonAsty Hotel. A graduate of the School of Tourism Professions of Thessaloniki, he began his career in some of Greece’s most renowned five-star resorts, continuously refining his craft and deepening his passion for gastronomy.
Today, he draws inspiration from the rich culinary tradition of his hometown, blending Greek authenticity with modern techniques, and highlighting local ingredients with elegance. With passion, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail, he shapes the culinary identity of MonAsty Hotel, positioning Thessaloniki as a leading gastronomic destination.
